Return and exchange policy

Online purchases

If you are not satisfied with your bike, you can return it under the following conditions and receive a full refund or exchange:

The bike must be received within 14 days of the delivery date be returned.
It must be in unused condition and show no signs of wear on the tyres, chain or brake pads.
The bicycle must not be customised.
To cancel your purchase within the cancellation period, you must return the bike within 14 days of delivery, ensuring that it is in its original condition, as provided for in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

All returned bicycles must be in their original packaging. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. In addition, customised items cannot be returned in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds will be made to the same PayPal account, bank account or credit/debit card used for the purchase.

Purchase in shop / storeroom

Bicycles and parts purchased in the shop can only be exchanged (under the same conditions as for online purchases). Exchanges are made in the form of a voucher for our shop. A refund is not possible.
