Shipment

The bikes are shipped throughout Germany by a shipping company that specializes in bicycles.

• Duration = 5-6 working days

All bikes are carefully wrapped with foam and bubble wrap and packed upright in a large bike box to ensure their safety. Your new bike comes to you fully assembled, with the exception of the pedals. The handlebars are simply turned in for packing.

As soon as your new bike has arrived, the first thing you should do when you receive the package is to check whether everything is in perfect condition. If you notice any damage, please let us know immediately. As you can imagine, the delivery people may not be as careful with your new baby as you would be.
